We now have a mumble sever that can be used for Voice and text chat. You are also able to create temporary channels on it, for use in sessions or anything else. You can download mumble from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mumble/

The mumble link you have isn't the official one but rather one set-up by a for profit company called Lightspeed Gaming, LLC.

You should only ever get mumble direct from the sourceforge page - http://sourceforge.net/projects/mumble/
